The Law Of Attraction
In my view and I research on so many stuff. I tell that The Law of Attraction simply states that “like attracts like.” Or that you attract into your life whatever you predominately think about, believe in and are emotionally charged by.
Of course, in order to use the Law of Attraction to your benefit it is a little more complex than just thinking, for instance, “I want to be happy” or “I want to be rich.” The way we think those thoughts matters immensely. All of this takes some practice and discipline, but believe me, it is worth it.
For instance, if you want to be happy, but the inner most part of you is actually thinking, “my life sucks and I wish it were different so I could be happy,” then you will be bringing more of the things that you dislike into your life by using the Law of Attraction to your disadvantage. The Law of Attraction will bring into your life whatever it is you predominately think about and vibrate to, whether it is good or bad, or whether it is what you really want or what your really don't want. So you must learn "how" to use it to get what you "really" want.

If you want to have more money and more abundance in your life, then you must not think about how poor you are or how much lack you are suffering from.
To be happy and have abundance, the law of attraction states that you need to be in the mind set of “being happy” and of “being abundant.”
This does not mean that you are in a “fantasy” or “dream world” in which you falsely believe you are rich and happy when in reality you are broke and miserable. What this means is that you must think or “vibrate” to a positive energy level.
Everything in this universe is vibrating to certain frequencies, including our thoughts. So even if you “want” to be happy or wealthy, but you are vibrating to a lower and negative frequency of unhappiness and lack, then that is what you will continue to bring into your life.
Vibrate To The Right Frequency:
We know scientifically that everything, from solid objects to our thoughts, is vibrating to particular frequencies. We also know that our bodies cannot distinguish between our thoughts and emotions and what is actually happening. That is why when we have a sudden fearful thought, for example, our body has a reaction to that thought.
Now think about when something particularly good or exciting happens and the way you feel. You feel lighter and more energized because you suddenly are vibrating to a higher and more positive frequency. You can actually feel the positive energy vibrating in your mind and body.
On the contrary, when something "bad" happens and you feel like "the wind has been taken out of your sails" and you feel "low" or "sad", at those times you can physically “feel” yourself vibrating to a lower and more negative vibrational frequency.
The trick is to learn to recognize your vibrational frequency and consciously “choose” to vibrate to a positive, higher frequency. Try to remember the way you feel when something "good" happens and consciously choose over and over again to put yourself in that feeling until it becomes your predominate way of being.
At first it will take vigilance on your part to continually bring yourself back to a positive energy level whenever your thoughts become negative. But this is the beginning of retraining your mind or “subconscious reprogramming”. You are forming a new mental habit of positive thinking, and this is the beginning of using “the power of positive thinking” to change your life.
